<p>Al Duhail’s assistant coach Bruno spoke to the media about preparations for their QNB Stars League Round 4 home match versus Al Ahli on Sunday, 15th October.</p><p>Bruno noted that Al Ahli had not won a game in the league so far, but that did not reflect on their performance, and that they were strong and improving.</p><p>The Portuguese said the team continued to work hard during the break even in the absence of professional players who were on national duty.</p><p>“We’re used to this situation (the absence of professional players during the league’s  stoppage period). We always show the same intensity in preparations to attain the best results,” said Bruno.</p><p>Bruno indicated that they also took advantage from their QSL Cup fixtures by fielding irregular players who do not get to be a part of the league action.</p><p>Asked about the match versus Al Ahli, he said, “Definitely, Al Ahli will go into this match with all their strength knowing Al Duhail are strong opponents.”</p><p>He commended team captain Youssef Msakny.</p><p>“Msakny is a prominent player and we’re very pleased with his performance with the Tunisian national side as well. He’s another player who can make a big difference,” Bruno added.</p>
