Umm Salal and Al Arabi will face off in Week 22 of the 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League at Al Arabi club’s Grand Hamad Stadium on Friday, April 18, 2025. The kick-off is at 6.30pm.

Both teams enter the match aiming to prepare their players for upcoming challenges, having already secured their position in the top flight.

Umm Salal (18 points) secured 11th place in the standings, having won against Al Ahli in the previous round, and will play the Play-Off match against the Second Division runners-up of this season.

Al Arabi, who are ninth in the standings with 23 points, are seeking to win and secure three more points to advance in the standings, if the teams ahead of them stumble. Coach Pablo Amo will try to prepare his players to end the league campaign with a morale-boosting victory, following their 0-1 loss in the previous round to title chasers Al Duhail.

Umm Salal had won the first-leg match against Al Arabi with a 3-0 victory.
