Al Gharafa coach Pedro Martins spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 17 match against Al Sadd.

“After we finished the recovery phase, we started preparing for the match and almost all the players are in good condition, and our confidence in ourselves is great. Our results in the league show that, so we are ready for this task.

“I am sure that we will be in good condition and we will fight for the three points and this is what we want and our goal is. I think it is not a decisive match, the competition will continue until the end of the league, and we are ready to fight for the three points and we know how important our match against Al Sadd is.

“This is the time that requires the presence of our fans in large numbers because we are approaching the end of the league,” said Martins.

Al Gharafa player Abdullah Yousef said, “All players are ready for the match. This is a difficult one, but we will treat every match as a final and winning is our goal and focus is on the league.

“I hope that our fans would attend to support the players. Without their presence, we cannot achieve victory.”
