The Al Thumama Stadium will host the strong clash between Al Arabi and Al Duhail in Week 10 of the 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League on Saturday, November 23, 2024. The kick-off is at 3pm.

The two teams would look for a win to keep the momentum going. Contests between Al Arabi and Al Duhail are always competitive and exciting. And, irrespective of their positions in the standings, a victory would remain the single-minded aim for both sides.

Al Duhail are at the top of standings with 22 points from nine matches - of which they have won seven, drawn one and lost one. The Red Knights have scored 27 goals so far while conceding only seven.

Al Arabi are in ninth place in the standings with 10 points, equal with that of Al Rayyan, Al Shamal and Qatar SC. Al Arabi have scored two wins, four draws and suffered three defeats. The Dream Team have scored 14 goals against their rivals, but also conceded 20.

Al Arabi coach Anthony Hudson realizes that the team needs to arrest the decline in positive results. In the previous round, Al Arabi lost to Al Gharafa 1-3, while Al Duhail beat Al Shamal 6-2 and would look to continue their winning run.

During the international break, both teams succeeded in achieving good results in QSL Cup by qualifying for the semifinals.

The ranks of either teams include top players in all positions, especially in attack, and that should provide for a strong battle in their bid to gain maximum points.
