Al Khor coach Abdullah Mubarak spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 2 match against Al Shahania.

“We work on each match separately, and this match is different, and we have prepared well for it.

“We have three matches, we have played one and two are left before the break, and we are dealing with these matches as if they were cup matches and we are taking all the calculations and all the possibilities into account.

“We worked on correcting our mistakes in our match against Al Gharafa to avoid them in the match against Al Shahania, which we studied from all aspects. Preparations are in full swing for this important match and I have full confidence in the players to give their best,” said Abdullah Mubarak.

Al Khor player Jasser Yahya said, “The technical staff, led by Abdullah Mubarak, were keen to study the opposing team and highlight its strengths and weaknesses, and we worked on them intensively.

“We know the opponents well as we competed with them in the Second Division League. Our goal is clear, which is to collect the three points and appear in the ideal image that befits Al Khor club.”
