Al Sadd coach Javi Gracia spoke to the media ahead of their 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Al Arabi.

“We have another match in a short time, I think all the players are ready to compete again. I know we are playing against a very good team, which is Al Arabi, who are fifth in the table at the moment.

“The matches between the two teams are always different and special, so we are looking forward to competing again in order to win and collect three important points.

“I am very happy with the match we played against Al Shamal. I am really happy because we did many things well. We scored five goals and it is true that we conceded a goal by mistake, but I am happy with the performance of Mustafa Tariq, the young player who scored the first goal in his career. We did a lot of things differently very well,” said Gracia.

Al Sadd player Saad Al Dossari said, “The Al Arabi match will be difficult against a big team. Yes, we won in the first leg, but in the second leg, the match will be stronger, and our goal is to continue victories and gain three important points.”
