Al Duhail coach Djamel Belmadi spoke to the media ahead of their 2026-2027 season Doha Bank Stars League Week 4 match against Al Shahania.

“We were unable to secure the points we wanted in our last two matches. We know this game will not be easy, as Al Shahania are a strong, well-organized side. 

“We do not expect an easy encounter, but our goal is clear: to win and secure all three points before the international break. We will give our all to achieve that,” said Belmadi.

Al Duhail player Boubakary Soumare said, “Our preparations have been intense and focused, just as they are for every match. As the head coach emphasized, we are aiming to secure the three points and claim victory before the international break that follows our upcoming league game against Al Shahania.”
