Al Gharafa and Lusail shared a goalless draw in Week 4 of 2026-2027 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Khalifa International Stadium on Friday.

Al Gharafa almost came close to scoring in stoppage time (90+3 minute), but Adam Ounas’ spectacular curling free-kick found the crossbar.

Another of Al Gharafa’s chance went abegging in the 73rd minute when Alaaeddin Hassan kicked the ball too far right as he failed to control an assist inside the box with only goalkeeper to beat.

Earlier, a Frank Magri kick for Al Gharafa had found the left post in the 35th minute.

A Lusail attempt in the 68th minute was foiled by Al Gharafa goalkeeper Khalifa Ababacar when he stopped a Farhad Zavoshi strike. The ball then slipped from under Ababacar’s hands, but he retrieved it just near the goalline in the nick of time.

With the result, Al Gharafa’s tally moved to four points and that of Lusail to five points.
