Al Khor assistant coach Badr Al Maimani spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 7 match against Al Rayyan.

“We have a strong match against Al Rayyan, but I have great confidence in the players to appear in a good and excellent way, and we will do everything we have to collect the three points.

“The circumstances of the matches differ and the players’ determination and high spirit are what will make the difference. I have great confidence in the players’ ability to appear in a positive way.

“Ayman Hussein, the Iraqi professional, is one of the wonderful scorers and one of the best scorers, and thank God for his strong return. We are very happy with his return and he is a strong addition to the team on the offensive side,” said Badr Al Maimani.

Al Khor player Moameen Mutasem said, “There is no doubt that it will be a strong match against Al Rayyan, a team with distinguished players, but we have prepared well.

“My team-mates and I are determined to collect points and perform well in this match.

“The break came at the right time and we prepared technically, physically and tactically for the match. Our team has high capabilities and team spirit is the key to victory.”
