Al Waab registered their first win as they edged Al Ahli 1-0 in their third-round match of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at the Hamad Bin Khalifa Stadium of Al Ahli club on Saturday.

Al Waab’s winning goal was scored by Muhammad Ismail in 45+3 minute, making good of a concerted attack.

The first full points took Al Waab’s tally to five points, while Al Ahli have a solitary point to their credit.

The match was played at a faster place in the second half, but Al Ahli’s hard efforts to draw parity were kept at bay by watchful Al Waab till the final whistle.
