Al Gharafa face Al Khor in Week 7 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 19:35 at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Tuesday, 26th October, 2021.

Al Gharafa have a point to prove as they had lost to reigning champions Al Sadd by a 4-6 margin after putting up a strong performance in the previous round.

Despite the defeat, The Cheetahs were placed fourth in the table, but Al Wakrah displaced them following their victory over Al Duhail in the postponed game from Week 5.

Andrea Stramaccioni-coached Al Gharafa are now fifth with nine points (three wins and as many defeats) and have a goal difference of -2 (nine goals for and 11 against).

Meanwhile, Al Khor are placed 10th with four points (four draws and two defeats). The Knights have a goal difference of -4 (seven goals for and 11 against).

Al Khor, coached by German Winfried Schafer, Umm Salal and Al Ahli are the only teams yet to register a victory in this season’s league.

Al Khor have the potential to do well, as they proved in their 2-2 draw with Al Ahli in the previous round with two late goals.
