Al Sailiya lost 1-2 to Al Ahli in Week 9 of 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Grand Hamad Stadium of Al Arabi club on Saturday.

Julian Draxler scored a brace (27th minute and 90+1 minute penalty) to bounce Al Ahli back to winning ways and nine points, while Al Sailiya’s goal was scored by Youssef Sinana in 45+3 minute via a penalty.

Draxler scored the opening goal for Al Ahli in the 27th minute with a stunning right-footed shot from the right side of the box, while Al Sailiya’s Sinana restored parity via a spot kick just before half-time after Al Ahli’s Helal Mohammed handled the ball inside the penalty area.
