QSL new boys Muaither have announced the signing of veteran Qatari midfielder Mohammed Yasser from fellow QSL side Al Kharaitiyat. The 33 year old has signed a one year deal with the newly promoted QSL side.
Yasser is an experienced campaigner in the QSL, and has enjoyed stints at a host of sides including Al Rayyan, Al Khor and Umm Salal. It is expected that Yasser will now head to Bosnia to join up with his new team mates who recently left Qatar for their preseason training camp.
It’s been a busy summer for Muaither, with the accusation of Yasser their fourth signing so far, along with the trio of Mathias Mier, Bruno Aguiar and Adel Lamy. The side, who are under the stewardship of French coach Philippe Birol will be relying on the experience of Yasser to ensure that Muaither don’t immediately drop back to the Qatar Gas League.
