QSL new boys Muaither started their preseason training on a high, beating local side Sloboda Novi Grad 3-0 in their first friendly of the season.
The first half ended at 0-0, however in the second half Muaither opened the scoring through Jordanian striker Mahmoud Za'tara. The Falcons further added to their lead though new signing Matías Mier who grabbed a brace for his side, giving Muaiter a 3-0 win.
The match gave an opportunity to French coach Philippe Birol to test out his squad ahead of the new QSL season. Muaiter will stay in Bosnia till the 20th of August, before heading back to Doha to focus on their opening game of the 2016/2017 QSL season when they will take on Lekhwiya.
