
Jimenez is no stranger to the region having enjoyed a successful stint in the Arabian Gulf League with Al Ahli and Al Nassr respectively. The attacking midfielder is now set to join up with his team mates for his first training session on Sunday evening, and will also be joined by new head coach Gerardo Pelusso who also arrived in Doha at the end of last week.
It’s been a busy summer so far at Al Arabi, who also recently announced the local signings of wing backs Mohammed Juma and Rami Fayez from El Jaish. Arabi will now train in Doha, ahead of heading to their preseason training camp.
