Ibrahim Majid, a member of the Al Sadd football team, suffered a cruciate ligament injury in the left knee, which will leave him out for the next six months so that he can undergo treatment and rehabilitation.

The injury came in a recent friendly against Al Muaither in preparation for the start of the 2017/2018 season. Al Sadd will play in the Sheikh Jassem Cup match against Al Duhail, before the start of the QNB Stars League.

Ibrahim Majid is one of the most important pillars of Al Sadd’s back line and the Qatar National team. He is one of the most distinguished defenders with great technical and physical capabilities. He contributed to the Wolves’ successes last season, in which they were crowned the Qatar Cup and the Emir Cup Champions.
