QSL champions Al Rayyan have been handed a boost ahead of the new season, after the QFA announced that Al Rayyan midfielder Daniel Goumou is free to play for the side after serving a two year suspension.
It means that the defensive midfielder is free to play for Rayyan, once his ban is fully served on the 9th of August this year. Meanwhile Al Rayyan continued their preseason preparations on Sunday evening, training under the watchful eye of head coach Jorge Fossati and his staff.
The current QSL champions are set to head to their preseason training camp on the 27th of July to Murcia, Spain.Al Rayyan will stay in Spain till the 20th of August before returning to Qatar to prepare for the defense of the QSL title which they won last season.
