QSL side El Jaish has resumed training following their 3-0 defeat to Al Nasr in the AFC champions League. Sabri Lamouchi’s side reconvened at their Qatar University base on Saturday evening to undergo training.

Jaish have now begun to prepare for their high profile friendly with Saudi giants Al Hilal, which is set to take place on the 7^th of September. In Injury news the Soldiers will be without Khalid Abdulraouf for six months after the young midfielder damaged his cruciate in the defeat to Al Nasr.

Whilst Brazilian defender Lucas Mendes will also be suspended for the return leg in the UAE after picking up a one match man after his third yellow card of the knockout phase.

The soldiers are set to kick off their QSL season on the 18^th of September when they face Al Wakrah.
