With the QNB Stars League’s first phase coming to an end on Friday, the clubs began their preparations for the fifth and final round of QSL Cup group matches, to be held on Monday (Group A) and Tuesday (Group B).

Al Sadd started training on Saturday ahead of their Group B game against Al Ahli. Al Rayyan, Al Arabi, Umm Salal and Al Markhiya are the other teams in the group.

Group A comprises Al Gharafa, Al Kharaitiyat, Qatar SC, Al Sailiya, Al Duhail and Al Khor.

Al Rayyan and Al Gharafa had already qualified for the semifinals.

Most sides are expected to keep giving opportunities to more and more young players in the tournament.
