<p class="p1">QSL side Al Ahli has revealed that Spanish coach Joaquín Caparrós is set to take change of the side for the new 2017/2018 QSL campaign. The Brigadiers confirmed the news via their official website that the club had come to an agreement with the former Osasuna coach, who has signed a one year deal with the side. </p>

<p class="p2">This will be Caparrós first time coaching in the gulf, however the 61 year old boasts an envious professional CV, which includes stints at a host of Spanish sides including; Sevilla, Villareal, and Levante. </p>

<p class="p2">Caparrós will be charged in reviving the fortunes of Al Ahli, who finished in tenth place in the QSL standings with a tally of 27 points. </p>
