Al Sailiya coach Sami Trabelsi started preparing his wards for their QNB Stars League Week 22 game against new champions Al Duhail. They resumed training after a week-long break following their 3-0 win over Al Ahli in the previous round.

Trabelsi and his assistants are focusing more on the tactical aspects and areas for improvement. All players, except Romanian defender Dragos Gregor who will sit out with four yellow cards, went through their paces.

Irrespective of the result, Al Sailiya are assured of the sixth place in this season’s QNB Stars League standings as they have 28 points, four more than seventh-placed Al Arabi.

The Peregrines had occupied the fourth position for long, but a slump in form in the second phase saw them exit the top four, and Al Gharafa and Umm Salal got ahead of them.
