<p>Al Sadd went down 1-2 to Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor in a friendly played at the Al Duhail Stadium on Sunday evening.</p><p>The match was organised to celebrate the friendly relations between Qatar and Turkey as well as prepare the teams during the international break.</p><p>Fabian Castillo opened the scoring for Trabzonspor in the 34th minute. The Colombian winger dribbled through the right flank and sent a shot at goal, which deflected off the hands of Al Sadd goalkeeper Saad Al Dosari.</p><p>After half-time, Al Sadd made a few changes and looked to get back into the game. However, it was Trabzonspor who scored again, this time through Ugur Demirok’s header in the 54th minute.</p><p>Al Sadd managed to pull one back, thanks to a Boualem Khoukhi header.</p>
