Al Sadd are preparing in right earnest ahead of their crucial clash with leaders Al Duhail in the QNB Stars League’s Week 9 on Friday, 24th November.

The Wolves, under the supervision of Portuguese coach Jesualdo Ferreira, started their preparations with a light training session on Monday, a day after they beat Umm Salal 4-1 in Week 8.

Al Sadd are on 21 points, one behind Al Duhail and same as Al Rayyan but placed second on goal difference.

The players are all in high spirits and raring to go. However, defender Pedro Miguel and forward Boualem Khoukhi, who missed their last two matches (vs Al Ahli as well), are still nursing injuries and are doubtful starters.
