Al Sadd Football Club beat Mesaimeer 3-2 in the friendly match played yesterday on Al-Sadd’s training pitches in preparation for the Qatar Stars League fixtures on 30<sup>th</sup> November. Mesaimeer took the lead on the 5<sup>th</sup> minute by player Ahmed Al-Salmi, before the equalizing goal for Al-Sadd by player Rodrigo Tabata on the 14<sup>th</sup> minute. <br />

Tabata got his second on the 31<sup>st</sup> minute to end the first half 2-1 in Al-Sadd’s favor. At the beginning of the second half, substitute Jessie John scored the equalizer for Mesaimeer on the 50<sup>th</sup> minute. Finally Tabata scored his hat trick and final goal on the 71<sup>st</sup> minute to clinch the victory for Al-Sadd 3-2.<br />

At the same time Khalfan Ibrahim is continuing his rehabilitation after the injury he suffered a knee injury during a training session with Qatar National Team. <br />

Yesterday Khalfan started to run for the first time and regain his physical fitness before joining Al-Sadd for their team training sessions. The Al-Sadd star will travel to the capital city of Philippines (Manila) on 27<sup>th</sup> of this month to participate in the AFC 60<sup>th</sup> Anniversary Gala as well as the best Asian player ceremony on 30<sup>th</sup> November 2014.
