QSL side Al Rayyan have confirmed the signing of Abderrazak Hamdallah of El Jaish on a two year contract. The club revealed the news follwing their 2-1 defeat in the Emir Cup to Al Sadd.

​Hamdallah is set to replace Spanish striker Sergio Garcia who will return to Spain in the summer to play for his home city club Espanyol. Hamdullah is considered one of the most dangerous strikers in the QSL, and enjoyed a fine maiden season in 2015/2016 scoring 21 goals for El Jaish. 

A long term knee injury ruled the Moroccan striker out of the majority of this season with the striker only making one substitue appearence in the Qatar Cup final. Hamdullah will now be hoping he can refind his form for his new club Al Rayyan.
