Al Duhail are preparing for their AFC Champions League fifth-round match against Iran’s Zobahan, to be played in Isfahan on Tuesday, 3rd April.

Al Duhail, the new QNB Stars League champions, will continue their preparations in Doha until Sunday with all players, including the quintet of Bassam Al Rawi, Sultan Al Breik, Karim Boudiaf, Ismail Mohammed and Almoez Ali who did duty for Qatar at the tri-nation friendly tournament in Iraq.

Captain Youssef Msakni, who sustained a minor injury during their QNB Stars League Week 21 game against Al Markhiya which they won 4-2, will join the squad after his international commitment with Tunisia.

Al Duhail had become the first team to qualify for the knockout stage after the fourth round with an all-win record. Djamel Belmadi’s men are topping Group B with 12 points, followed by Zobahan, Uzbekistan’s Lokomotiv and the UAE’s Al Wahda, in that order.
