Al Duhail are gearing up for their AFC Champions League Round of 16 first-leg match against Al Ain, scheduled for Tuesday at the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.

Al Duhail players continued their training in Doha before leaving for Al Ain on Sunday evening. They defeated Umm Salal 1-0 in the Emir’s Cup quarterfinal in between.

The Red Knights qualified for the Round of 16 with an all-win record from Group B, the only team to do so in the preliminary stage in this year’s competition.

Al Duhail have the advantage of having drawn to play the first leg away at Al Ain, who made it to the knockout stage as runners-up from Group D with 10 points.
