Al Duhail midfielder Louis Martin and winger Nasser Khalfan will be out of the team for one month after they were hit with injuries during their preseason training camp in Austria. The club confirmed on social media that the players underwent medical examinations and were proven to be injured.

Martin was subjected to injury during the team's final training session in Austria on the 8^th of August and the player underwent medical examination that confirmed his injury and required period of absence.

Khalfan on the other hand suffered a muscle tear during Al Duhail’s friendly encounter against Bologna FC last week. The 23-year-old is also expected to be out for a month following medical tests.
