Al Arabi on Thursday morning flew out to Slovenia for their pre-season training camp ahead of the new season that kicks off in August.

 

Coached by Luka Bonacic, Al Arabi will be based on Moravske Toplice until July 22.

 

During the training camp, Al Arabi are scheduled to play a series of friendlies.

 

The friendly matches will help coach Bonacic work on his starting line-up ahead of the new season.

 

Al Arabi, meanwhile, will also be looking to welcome their overseas players Franco Faustino Arizala of Colombia, Fahad Khalfan and Shatee Abbasi, the goalkeeper in the coming days.

 

Al Arabi will start the QNB Stars League season with a game against Al Khor on August 4.

 

The squad that has left for Slovenia includes Saud Zaree, Louay Sharif, Abdel Rahman, Walid Mansour, Ahmed Saleh Mohammed, Abdullah Marafih, Yousif Ramadan, Mohammed Salem Al Mal, Diego Jardel, Yassin Yaqub, Firas Dahbour, Yahya, Ahmed Al-Nahawi, Mohammad Mustafa Saleem, Tariq Hamed, Yaqub Issa Madani, Hamad Al-Harbi, Mohammed Essam Al-Din, Barakat Jafar, Omar Moharram, Mohamed Salah El Nile, Mukhtar Ali, Mileson Francisco, Abdel Rahman Anad and Ahmed Fathi.
