Sailiya welcomed Salal to the Saoud bin Abdulrahman stadium for what turned out to be an eventful encounter with 5 goals scored in round 24 of the QSL.<br />

First on the score sheet was Faouzi Aaish as he scored in the just the 7<sup>th</sup> minute of the game. The Bahraini playmaker scored from a tight angel just outside the area from the left with a powerful snap shot. It was his eleventh goal of the season.<br />

Issam Jemaa made it two for the Peregrines with his effort (13<sup>th</sup>). He was assisted by midfielder Al Hurazzi with a great pass to help give his side a two goal cushion. It was the Tunisian’s tenth of the season.<br />

In the second half Abdulrahman Al Harazi got on the score sheet himself when he intercepted a Tuncay pass and then had his shot deflected into the goal for what turned out to be the winner (48’). <br />

Tuncay then made up for his earlier mistake when he scored from close range in the 49<sup>th</sup> minute. The Turk had his shooting boots on as he then got his second of the night and 9<sup>th</sup> for the season in the 72<sup>nd</sup> minute. Tuncay ran into the box late and anticipated well as the ball bounced in his path, he chested the ball before striking a powerful shot past Gomis who couldn’t react in time.<br />

Despite his endeavors, the Turk and his team couldn't find a third as they lost in an exciting end to end match.
