<p>Qatar’s football family will get together on Tuesday, 13th February, to celebrate the National Sports Day (NSD).</p><p>The NSD falls on the second Tuesday of February every year. It aims to promote healthy lifestyle and physical activities among the citizens and expatriates alike throughout the year.</p><p>The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Qatar Football Association and Qatar Stars League (QSL) are joining hands on the occasion by organising a football tournament for their employees at the Aspire Zone.</p><p>QSL CEO Hani Taleb Ballan said, “The Sports Day is a great initiative that brings together all citizens and residents alike, in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030. We look forward to a dynamic day that encourages us to practise sports throughout the year and not just on the Sports Day.”</p><p>QSL’s Marketing and Communications Department Acting Executive Director Hassan Al Kuwari said, “We’re very pleased to be a part of the football family on the occasion of the National Sports Day. This unique initiative helps towards having a healthy society. By celebrating this day, we, at the QSL, are reiterating our commitment towards promoting a healthy lifestyle among the community.”</p>
