Mesaimeer coach Tarik Makhnass spoke to the media ahead of their 2026-2027 season Jetour League Week 1 match against Muaither.

“Preparations have been good, both before and during our training camp in Romania. We played seven excellent friendly matches, one of which was against the Qatar Under-23 national team. We have prepared well for the upcoming match and for the league in general, and we are aiming for a win,” said Makhnass.

Mesaimeer player Ismail Dahqani said, “The team is physically and mentally ready for the opening match. We will play a strong game against a tough opponent, Muaither. Regarding the coach’s instructions to treat each match as a competition in itself, we are striving to secure our first three points by winning this match.”
