Al Khor coach Jacobo Ramalho spoke to the media ahead of their 2026-2027 season Jetour League Week 3 match against Umm Salal.

“We worked on various tactical aspects and thoroughly studied Umm Salal. We know their strengths and weaknesses, and we focused on improving our performance and correcting mistakes to deliver a better showing.

“After the transfer window closed, we signed defender Carlos, who will be ready to compete with us. We hope for the speedy return of all our injured players and the completion of the squad.

“We understand the disappointment with the recent results, but everyone is working hard to improve them. Our focus now is on the Umm Salal match and achieving a positive result. We have great confidence in the work we are doing and in our ability to perform at our best,” said Ramalho.

Al Khor player Mohammed Abdulrahman said, “We are entering the match with renewed morale and a strong desire to give our all. We have worked hard to reach the best possible physical and technical condition.”
