Al Shamal coach David Prats spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 15 match against Al Arabi.

“We respect Al Arabi and I believe it will be a tough encounter against one of the best teams in the league this season, a team that has delivered strong performances and impressive results, especially in recent rounds.

“Al Arabi boast top-level professional players like Sarabia, Rodri, Ekambi and other outstanding players, so we must be fully prepared for the match,” said Prats.

Al Shamal player Musab Khader said, “The match against Al Arabi is challenging. We have an important and difficult match ahead against a very good team, and we expect a highly-competitive game between two teams eager to win.

“It is essential that we maintain our focus and execute everything the coach asks of us to achieve our objective, which is to win and secure the three points.”
