Al Rayyan coach Artur Jorge spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 19 match against Al Wakrah.

“We are not satisfied with the result of the last match against Al Shahania and we are fully aware that there is no room for complacency in the upcoming league matches.

“We are in a phase that requires the team to unite and work as one, because we all represent one entity and our common goal is to finish the league in the best possible way. The team’s objective is to secure the three points and return to winning ways,” said Artur Jorge.

Al Rayyan player Abdelaziz Hatem said, “The Al Wakrah match is important for us; it is an opportunity to make amends and achieve victory. We, as players, are determined to give our best in the match and our goal is to make amends to the fans and make them happy by securing the three points.”
