<span dir="LTR">DOHA: Former Qatar Stars League (QSL) champions Al Gharafa beat Al Markhiya 5-0 in a friendly played to test the players' fitness ahead of the new season.</span><br />

<span dir="LTR">The new QSL season kicks off on September 15.</span><br />
 <br />
<span dir="LTR">The friendly was played following a training camp in Lisbon, Portugal, the club announced.</span><br />
 <br />
<span dir="LTR">The goals were scored by Hungary import Nemeth (2 goals), Anas Mubarak and Abdul Aziz as Al Gharafa players got a decent workout.</span><br />
 <br />
<span dir="LTR">Al Gharafa will continue training in Doha ahead of the season-opening clash next month.</span><br />
 <br />
<span dir="LTR">The former QSL champions will play another friendly on August 23 against the Qatar national side at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.</span><br />
 <br />
<span dir="LTR">The club said the players are scheduled to resume training on Monday.</span><br />
