QSL side Al Gharafa could potentially be facing an injury crisis ahead of their round 20 match against Al Arabi. Club officials confirmed that up to six players are in a race to be declared fit for the Thursday evening match which is set to take place at Al Arabi stadium.<br />

The quartet of Lawrence Quaye, Krisztián Németh, Abdulghani Muneer and Moayad Hassan all missed the 0-0 draw with Al Wakrah last time out and will all face fitness tests to determine if they can be available for the Arabi tie.<br />

Whilst both attackers Vladimir Weiss and Johnson Kendrick had to be substituted during the Al Wakrah match, and will also be facing a battle to be back in time for the Thursday evening game.<br />

Al Gharafa officials also confirmed that the six players will be assessed right up until Wednesday evening training before a decision is made on their availability. Al Gharafa is currently in fifth place in the QSL standings with 31 points from 19 QSL games.
