QSL Side Al-Sadd has been boosted by the return of Spanish midfielder Xavi.The former FC Barcelona star returned to train with his side on Wednesday evening. He had picked up the injury during the match against El Jaish in Round 13 of the QSL. The injury had caused Xavi  to miss two matches against  Mesaimeer and Umm Salal during his recovery period.
 
The Wednesday session also saw the participation of goalkeeper Saad al-Dosari, who has also recovering from an injury that kept him out of the Umm Salal match. Saad had been recuperating during the last few days until he recovered completely and was deemed fit to train with the team.
 
Whilst Al-Sadd defender Lee Jung Soo continued to recuperate from his back injury that saw the South Korean sidelined for the Umm Salal match. He began light running exercises under the supervision of the medical staff of the club.

The Wolves also confirmed the kick-off time for their friendly clash with Saudi side Al-Taawon which will kick off at 4:15 PM on Friday, the 15th of January.
