Ex-Barcelona legend and current Al-Sadd captain Xavi Hernandez received a special welcome courtesy of the official Qatari chapter of FC Barcelona fan club.<br />

Members of the fan club honoured Xavi prior to Al Sadd’s evening training session on Sunday.<br />

The fan club unrolled and displayed a banner honouring Xavi and managed to spend time with the player, who gave several autographs photo opportunities. <br />
 <br />
Members of the Barcelona fan club explained that they would support Xavi by attending Al Sadd F.C. matches throughout the upcoming 2015/16 Qatar Stars League season.
