Match kick-off at 16:45 Fri, Feb 6th, 2015 in the Suhaim bin Hamad stadium.

Umm Salal coach Bülent Uygun
“We are expecting a difficult match. It has been a long break for all the teams involved in the Qatar Stars League.”

“Now we are looking forward to getting back to playing in the League. We have managed to retain most of our players. Only Abdel Kader Illyas has been transferred to El Jaish. And Fabio Cesar won't play because of an injury. But we are confident going into the match and looking to take all three points from it.”

Al Shamal coach Dragan
“Our team has shown that they can play well even against big teams like Al Sadd. But we have been unable to win games. But right now we are looking at winning just one game and then things will change.”

“We haven't tried to change too much during the break. We worked more on the mentality of the players giving them the belief that they can win more games.”

“Since I took over I could see that the players had ability but that they lacked the right mentality but this can change with just one win under our belts, bit by bit we will get better and then start to win.”
