Sheikh Tamim pointed out that a number of Turkish, Moroccan and French clubs were negotiating with the player, but Sagbo decided to join Umm Salal.
Sagbo is 27 years old and plays as a striker. The player will join the team on their preseason training camp in the Netherlands next month.
