Umm Salal Sports Club has officially signed defensive midfielder Andranik Teymourian. The Iranian has previously had a one year spell in the Qatar Stars League with Al Kharaitiyat Sports Club. 
 
Teymourian has signed a one year deal and will join the team's training sessions in the coming few days, then the squad will travel to the Netherlands for their annual intensive preseason training camp.
 
Teymourian is 32 years of old; he started his career in Oghab FC in 2002. He went on to play in the English Premier League for both Bolton and Fulham.
