Al Sadd head coach Jesaldo Ferreria has given his squad 1 day of rest following their 3-2 victory over rivals Lekhwiya.<br />

Seven members of the Al Sadd first team will join up with the Qatar national team ahead of their final 2018 World Cup qualification games against Hong Kong & China. Players include national team Captain Hassan Haydoos, midfielder Ali Asad and a first call up for defender Pedro.<br />

The remainder of the side will return to training on the Tuesday the 22^nd of March, as the Wolves begin preparation in earnest for their round 24 clash against Al Sailiya on Saturday the 2^nd of April at Al Ahli stadium.<br />

Al Sadd currently sits in third place in the QSL rankings, with three rounds left to play.
