Sailiya welcomed Salal to the Saoud bin Abdulrahman stadium for what turned out to be an eventful encounter with 5 goals scored in round 24 of the QSL.

First on the score sheet was Faouzi Aaish as he scored in the just the 7^th minute of the game. The Bahraini playmaker scored from a tight angel just outside the area from the left with a powerful snap shot. It was his eleventh goal of the season.

Issam Jemaa made it two for the Peregrines with his effort (13^th). He was assisted by midfielder Al Hurazzi with a great pass to help give his side a two goal cushion. It was the Tunisian’s tenth of the season.

In the second half Abdulrahman Al Harazi got on the score sheet himself when he intercepted a Tuncay pass and then had his shot deflected into the goal for what turned out to be the winner (48’). 

Tuncay then made up for his earlier mistake when he scored from close range in the 49^th minute. The Turk had his shooting boots on as he then got his second of the night and 9^th for the season in the 72^nd minute. Tuncay ran into the box late and anticipated well as the ball bounced in his path, he chested the ball before striking a powerful shot past Gomis who couldn’t react in time.

Despite his endeavors, the Turk and his team couldn't find a third  as they lost in an exciting end to end match.
