Al Sailiya started their closed training camp with a 1-0 defeat against Qatar Gas League side Al Shamal.

The result will be a disappointment for the QSL side, however head coach Sami Tarabelsi will see the match as an ideal opportunity to test all of his squad ahead of a busy second half of the QSL season.

Sailiya will conclude their closed training camp on Monday which seen participation from the whole squad including the new signing of Colombian striker Carlos Preciado.

Al Sailiya will conclude their training camp with a second friendly match against current QSL league leaders Al Rayyan. The match will be played at the Aspire Zone.
