That's why we have to play with concentration and be ready for all scenarios. All we need is to get a win in order to gain the necessary confidence and after that the rest of the games will be easier.”
 
“We have some concerns going into this game because of the small squad that we have. That's why Hilal Sayeed is playing as left back. He did a good job against Jaish in that position. We have another concern because Madison will be out with an injury also.”

“We think it will be a very difficult game. We didn't start very well this season. We hope we can improve and get one big win under our belts. And we hope we can use the home advantage and get a win also.”

“We need confidence to get wins and against Arabi we didn't play well but in the other two games we did well but just needed a little bit of luck to go our way.”

There is strong competition in the league. Teams have now started to settle down and are finding the right combinations. And I believe that this season will be tougher than before.

“It's a very difficult match for us against Khor. It will be more important than the last games. We are almost in the same position in the table. It's a tough team and they have a good offensive and defensive line. Also they have a coach who has experience. The most important factor for us, from this game is to collect three points. And also Khor as a team is one of our direct opponents in the table.”
 
“As I am here working with the team over the past three months, I think that these two new players will enrich our squad significantly.” 

"I don't think that the main problem in Wakrah is our defence. Football is a team effort. As you know the first defender of the team should be the striker himself. But I agree that we should have more defensive strength and we have worked a lot on this aspect. And I hope that individual mistakes or collective mistakes will disappear as we move forward. Also we have other concerns because we have some injured players too.” 

I have signed with the club for two seasons. So it's not an evaluation game by game. We have to acknowledge also that since the past two seasons Wakrah has been at the bottom of the table and has been flirting with relegation.”
