Kais Yâakoubi, the head coach of Al Wakrah, had this to say about his opponents, “We are playing Al Sadd coming out of a Champions League defeat so their morale might not be very high. But strong teams never give up. We are not scared of them and we will fight for the three points.”

“I think we lost two points against Gharafa, especially in the second half I think we didn’t give many crosses. We have to give Ibara many crosses so he can score. Speaking about absences Yâakoubi added, “They have three or four players who can’t play this match but they have the solution because they have much depth in their squad. I think we will win this match because we are not scared of them.”
