Al Khor take on Muaither in round twenty of the QSL. The match will take place at the Al Khor stadium this Friday.Al Khor are just above the drop zone in tenth position with 19 points. The Knights will be looking to get some points against Muaither.

Jean Fernandez, the head coach of Al Khor, believes that this is a must-win match, “It’s an important match for us between two teams who are competing for survival. We have no choice but to win. I respect Muaither club, they have a dynamic style of playing. After the defeat, last week, we had to rebuild the morale of the side and I hope we get a good result in this game.”

Speaking about the last game against Lekhwiya, Fernandez added, “The defeat against Lekhwiya is reality and they are better than us. We played eleven against eleven in the beginning and it was equal afterward it was a penalty and red card for Baba Djibril then it was ten against eleven, against the best team in the league with the best attack so it was a tough game for us.”
