Sunday will see three matches in round 15 of the QSL before a break to make way for the AFC U23 tournament, which will be held in Doha,Qatar.
 
The early kick-off on Sunday will see Umm Salal face Al Sadd in the QSL match of the week. Umm Salal have slipped out of the top 4 picture in recent weeks and are in currently sixth place. The Orange Fortress the draw specialists in the QSL so far this season, having grabbed seven so far. Bulent Uygun’s side will be eager to get back to winning ways and push for the top four places.
 
 For Al Sadd, they are currently in fourth spot in the QSL table, and will be looking to find their form, going into the second half of the season. Sadd coach Jesualdo Ferreira has stabilized his side and will be looking to build on the 5-1 thrashing of bottom team Meisameer.  Al Sadd will be without  midfielder Xavi Hernandez, who is still recovering from a knock.
 
In the late 18:45 kick-off On Sunday Al Ahli take on Al Wakrah at Al Ahli stadium. The Brigadeers will be looking to halt their run off three consecutive QSL defeats. They are currently in 11th place and in danger of being in the relegation zone if results don’t change. For Wakrah, they are undefeated in three matches, and will be looking to build on this form after an indifferent start to the league season.
 
Whilst the other late kick-off will see Al Sailiya  take on El Jaish at Al Gharafa stadium.  El Jaish have enjoyed a fine start to the season, including a 4-2 victory over rivals Al Sadd. They will be hoping for a similar 4-0 victory over Al Sailiya as per the tie in the first half of the season. Al Sailiya has only had two defeats in the last six QSL games. They are currently seventh in the table and know that a string of good results could get them in the top 4 places.
 
The QSL will take a three week break for the upcoming AFC U23 tournament. QSL will take a well-deserved rest, and look to push on in the second part of the season. If you would like to buy tickets for any upcoming QSL matches, they are available here.
