Qatar Stars League Director of Competitions Department Mr Ahmed Al Adsani held a meeting with club officials from both Al Rayyan and El Jaish at QSL headquarters yesterday morning as the match is expected to draw a big crowd. The meeting also included Director of Events Mr Hassan Al Kuwari and Community Relations officer Mr Hamad Al Dosari.

The meeting took place in order to ensure that the big clash of the season between Rayyan in first position and El Jaish in second would go smoothly considering the large turnout which is expected.



The meeting outcomes saw fan designation zones decided for the match so as to avoid crowd control issues. The meeting also saw the QSL coordinate with stadium security and issues of accreditation were also finalised.

The match will be played at the earlier time of 17:30 so as to make it more accessible and convenient to the general public to attend the match. Mr Adsani explained that, "This time slot would also be trailed in week 12 to see if it is of more convenience to the general public"
